I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel’s location is excellent—nestled in a quiet area yet close to everything, providing both convenience and a sense of security. Although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, the front desk staff responded quickly and efficiently, ensuring we had a great experience during our time in Rome. Special thanks to the lovely lady with braided hair who welcomed us warmly each morning at the breakfast restaurant—her friendliness truly stood out. We also deeply appreciated the doorman on duty on the mornings of April 10th and 11th, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking if we needed assistance, an umbrella, or help booking a taxi.

Gabriel kindly explained everything about sightseeing and the hotel without showing any sign of frustration, even though my English was not very good. He also kept my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made it much easier for me to explore the area. Additionally, I received a complimentary bottle of water per person, which was chilled in the room’s refrigerator. The provided amenities included soap and other toiletries.

    The restaurants and attractions. Trevi fountain and shops around it. Spanish steps and the shops around it. The colosseum and restaurants around it. Trastevere restaurants, Tornorello for me was the best one in Trastevere. La Buca Romana in Rome restaurant is the best.

    We liked visiting the 4 Holy Doors, and the Papal audience (although it rained on September 10, 2025). We enjoyed traveling by Metro as the historical sites were made accesible by the Metro. Also, we liked the pizza and the pasta. For pizza, we enjoyed Voglia di Pane in Cipro. For our next visit, we will time it when it's not so crowded.

    Rome in mid September is not too hot but still very crowded- Rome is expensive , city tax is $5 Euro per person per night on top of overpriced accomodation that prefers to be contactless and does not offer breakfast for the price you pay

    Rome was too HOT at that time of the year (August). Aside from the weather temperature, everything was just right. I love the old rich history of the town, and the clean water fountains. It was my first visit to Rome, and it was worth it!

    Rome is fascinating and exhausting in equal measure. I was completely blown away by all the amazing monuments and architecture. A very humbling experience to witness how much was achieved all those centuries ago. The Coliseum is totally awesome. Walking around to the main sites is not difficult since most are nearby and the area is not huge. We had some delicious meals and wine, were served by friendly people and found the whole experience of Rome one to look back on with great pleasure.

    The lift 😉 after lugging my suitcase up and down stairs for 5 weeks in air bnb's i appreciated the lift. The staff were excellent!! Absolutely lovely staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. Very professional and the hotel was just what I needed for my last few days in Italy. Easy walk to Vatican City and to major sites in Rome. I love that I could open the window in my room as well. I can't say enough about the staff. All lovely people 🥰

    The location was perfect for me. It's my favorite part of Rome and the hotel is so convenient and easily accessible.. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I loved being able to have a cappucino made for me (rather than out of a machine like many other "included" breakfasts I've had in italy). Having a kettle in the room was a nice surprise as well. This will be my 'go to" hotel in Rome from now on!

    It is the best hotel we had reserved in Italy. It’s high value for money.It was not only good location but also reasonable in price. It had great facilities and clean rooms. The staffs were very kind and enthusiastic. But we didn’t have breakfast because we forgot that our hotel bill included breakfast. I hope I can taste breakfast next time I go to Rome.

    The staff was very friendly, the room and bathroom were so clean, and there was water, snacks, and drinks available. It was my third trip to Italy and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
