The hotel is in a gated area. We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

Beautiful fancy hotel with an excellent location! Trevi fountain is less than 10 mins walk, and colloseum is also nearby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and toilets come with a "shatafa" :) which is great. The terrace view is exceptional you must have coffee there, sit back and enjoy. We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and visiting Rome’s most famous sites. One of the highlights was the view from our balcony, which overlooked the beautiful garden of the nearby museum—absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and making us feel right at home. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could clearly hear doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, which could be a bit disruptive at times. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly service.

There is a lot to see and do - a fascination place. Go in the off season though if you can - so many tourists it's difficult to enjoy some of the areas - and of course we were among them. We thought September was the off season but not so. My nephew was there last November and said the crowds were not bad at that time.

If you like antiquities Rome is full of ancient remnants and loads of decent to great restaurants. You cannot really go wrong. And, if you like walking in cities, it is right up there with London and Paris. You could walk all day seeing various historical landmarks around virtually every corner.

There is a lot to see and do in Rome, but over tourism is a real problem. The size of the crowds and lines to get into major sites sucks a lot of enjoyment out of the trip. Fortunately, there are some sites that are less visited but are just as spectacular as the most popular ones. Mass transit in Rome is really easy and convenient to use, but definitely try to avoid using it during rush hour, because the buses and trains will be packed. I felt that the variety of cuisines in Rome was really low. It felt like the only choices one has are pizza or pasta.

Piccola Navona was our best stay in Italy. Impressively clean and the staff were amazing, it’s location a plus. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the past, many of them not too accommodating. Alberto, Juliet, and the rest of the staff at Piccola Navona has been an absolute star, from arranging our transportation from the airport, to ensuring we had the correct mattress and pillows for our comfort, and having our room cleaned with fresh towels daily. We will definitely stay here again at our next trip to Rome.

This is definitely a rare find! The staff treated us like we were kings and queens and the bed was extra comfortable and the best part of our stay was the breakfast! In all of my trips to Italy, I have never eaten italian cornetti (croissant) that were that good! I’m always traveling for work and it is the first time that I can say that a hotel is definitely cheaper than what they should actually charge! I really recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Rome!

This hotel was a surprise and probably the best of our stay in Italy. The entrance is through large double doors into an old building and then directed to 4th floor in an ancient (but efficient) lift. On entering the foyer it is modern, clean and such a surprise. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom was lovely. When we checked out very early we were given a breakfast box, a nice touch.

It is the best hotel we had reserved in Italy. It’s high value for money. It was not only good location but also reasonable in price. It had great facilities and clean rooms. The staffs were very kind and enthusiastic. But we didn’t have breakfast because we forgot that our hotel bill included breakfast. I hope I can taste breakfast next time I go to Rome.
