Perfect location right on the square which was easy to get to using the free shuttle bus from a parking lot below the city. Beautiful house with great views and large terrace. Spacious and luxurious room with a clean bathroom. Good breakfast with personal service. Super friendly host who helped us book a table at a restaurant the same night we arrived.

We were very warmly welcomed, the place is beautiful and Louise is always one step ahead to know what would make the stay even more comfortable. Prime example of what hospitality is supposed to be like 😀. There are all kinds of edible plants and trees in the garden, including artichokes and peaches and the landscape is beautiful. The view from the pool is very relaxing and we would recommend trying the gourmet menu!

I know this place as a restaurant for many years and this time I didn't want to do sightseeing but relax after a good dinner in this quiet place. My room was very nice, with many antique pieces and furniture but all very comfortable and with good taste arranged. Bed, aircon, bathroom all to my convenience. I was in the main building therfore an elevator brought me to my second floor room. Parking is opposite the structure

A beautiful location, close to Todi centre. Very helpful staff. Lovely amenities, cosy lobby and room. Arranged a move to another room with our baby after a bit of a noisy party which we appreciated. Super pool and terrace.

The range of food available for the breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The hotel building was beautifully quaint and old world. The town of Todi was like something from a fairytale especially the little narrow roads that were a joy to walk. A special mention for the hotel staff who went well beyond the call of duty to make our stay a very enjoyable experience.
