Villa Sabolini offered to us an amazing stay.Maybe one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been.Beautiful scenery, very friendly stuff and tasty food.Totally recommended and a place we will definitely go back to!!

Location on the map, surroundings, staff, silence, nature. Comfy rooms, terrace not necessary for the stay but makes a nice add on. Restaurant is also very nice and staff is warm and polite. Evenings by the fireplace :)

Castello di Casole is a destination hotel - car, taxi or helicopter are the only ways to it. This is part of what makes it great, set in the Tuscan hillside with beautiful landscapes all sides the hotel affords the just under 40 rooms guest a tranquil relaxing place to stay. Service is exceptional, the food is even better. Castello di Casole is not the cheapest hotel by any means but you get what you pay for.

Spacious room with a private terrace. We had everything we needed: small fridge, air conditioner (also works for heating), comfy beds. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent: little variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee was prepared by barista and was delicious, they is also a decaf option. We had dinner in the hotel twice and we can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is excellent, our room was in a part separated from the central building, everything was excellent, clean, comfortable, quiet. The pool and the area around it are clean and tidy, with enough sunbeds. The location is great, everything is relatively close, yet you are separate and have your own peace. The food in the restaurant is excellent, as is the wine selection. For every recommendation.

Fantastic historic castello! Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The staff exceptional and the owner very friendly, helpful and a delight! Good country location and easy drive into Sienna and a good quiet base for visiting surrounding villages in tuscany. The restaurant cuisine was also an added bonus and very nice indeed!

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.
