It is the best hotel one could imagine. Such a hidden gem and not sold out. Also, at a very reasonable price. We stayed an extra day to languish in the decadent luxury.

Excellent location to visit surrounding rights in Tuscany and Umbria. One hour far from Siena, 20 min from Arezzo, 40 min from Perugia. Old town of Sansepolcro in stone is just in 5 min walking distance. Clean, comfortable hotel, with extra nice staff (Daniela is excellent receptionist), various gluten free options for breakfast, free parking. We also got free upgrade for bigger room.

Charming place, beautiful wooden furniture and tiles, well located, close to the museum and the city center. The host was very nice and provided all the necessary things, including a voucher for breakfast at a nearby bar. I loved my stay here and also loved Sansepolcro.

The place is wonderful. Overlooking the valley, you can stay in a carefully restructured old summer villa. The hosts are very welcoming, the room I had was enormous, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent - you can get both a sweet and (asking) savoury one (made fresh for you). The swimming pool is great to properly swim, and the surrounding are lovely.

Everything was perfect! I especially loved the view from the windows, the beautiful garden, and the table by the river — such a peaceful spot. The sound of the flowing water and the birds created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Anna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious, charming, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    I true gem in eastern Tuscany, this is a very walkable village with great restaurants, bars, views of countryside and amazing history. The people of the town were extremely friendly and it was not overcrowded with tourists. I would highly recommend a visit.

    It is compact. Not Hilly. Has the Pieros to view.

    It is compact. Not Hilly. Has the Pieros to view. Lovely churches. Good restaurants and with a car the perfect base to set out from to explore the Tiber valley and the Val d'Arno. Been going there for some 50 years. Just get the maps and start discovering lost castles and churches and glorious scenery.

    A beautiful old Tuscan town, with many local bars and restaurants to enjoy. The tourist information was very helpful (in the main square by the Dodecahedron sculpture). Just a lovely old town with much to explore.

    We returned after 20 years to revisit the Pierro Della Francesca painting of the Resurrection. Stunning. The ancient town centre is very attractive with magnificent buildings and a good supply of restaurants and cafes. Like everywhere at the moment Covid is affecting business and tourism. Just lovely to wander around.

    Our host Angela was wonderful and most helpful.

    Our host Angela was wonderful and most helpful. The B&B was extremely clean and very comfortable.. Breakfast was also a big plus. The location in the middle of vineyards was beautiful plus less than 10 minutes to Orvieto Would highly recommend.

    Truly one of the best and most unique places we’ve ever stayed anywhere around the world! Such a quirky place amazing history and lovely features. The private rooftop terrace was exceptional in the rain and the sunshine, will most definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends. Location was wonderful, hosts were great.     Very friendly host and generous breakfast with home made cakes and jams. Large comfortable room with all facilities. Conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. The town has some good restaurants and the best of all the Museo Civico with its beautiful painting by Piero della Francesca.
