Fantastic venue, decorated in style with absolute taste, very clean and of high standards. We had travelled to Messina for a conference and had a lovely stay. The venue is located in the heart of Messina but in a quiet part, 10 min walk from the centre and train station, but also allows you to have a quiet rest. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel like home! We felt well looked after and among friends and will certainly return! Wholeheartedly recommend Jolly Charme Suite.

Hotel has an excellent location near the town center. Good parking options. Beautiful and stylish rooms. Very kind, helpful and pleasant staff. I loved everything about the property, starting from its wonderful location beside the lake. The staff is lovely, very welcoming and kind. Ready to help with whatever you need. I left my charger in the room after check out and they went and got it for me, it was right where I left it. The pool is amazing, I didn’t want to leave.
