Roxy Plaza sounds like some Las Vegas casino, but Hotel Roxy Plaza in Soave is far from that, it’s in fact a classic hotel right on the edge of the walled town of Soave and the junior suite has a wonderful view of the castle. When you walk into the hotel you’ll receive a warm welcome from the receptionist and the atmosphere is immediately warm and inviting. Breakfast and cleaning staff all excellent, the underground parking was large enough for an SUV. We enjoyed our stay. Soave is a lovely little town from the Middle Ages complete with castle and moated town wall, it is vibrant especially on Sundays with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, small shops. The Soave wine area is also interesting for walkers and cyclists. Tip: should you wish to take the train to Verona, San Bonifacio is the local station with a 20-25 minute connection to Verona.

Rocco and Alexa were amazing hosts. Even though we arrived way later than expected due to traffic issues, they greeted us with the warmest welcome and made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door: every little detail of the room they prepared for us was so thoughtfully arranged, and they had everything a weary traveller could possibly need. We truly felt like walking into a cozy haven after our long and bumpy journey, and we instantly felt all our stress melt away! After more than 2 weeks sleeping in hostels, it was a wonderful break to not have to share my space with others. It is a perfect place to stay if you needed some peace and quiet, away from tourists and city noise. The staff were wonderful! Very lovely people! Laura had great communication, responded to all my (millions) of questions (via whatsapp) and gave me recommendations for services I could use in the nearby town.

Very nice property, well equipped and great owners. Nicely renovated historic villa not far from highway between Verona and Venice. Very friendly hosts Maroo and Marta provided not only very good service but also an exceptional experience when playing piano and singing some days after breakfast.

Damaranto is a delightful little hotel inside the walls of the tiny medieval town of Soave. Signor Martino was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a good choice for breakfast, which included fresh fruit, yogurt and good coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Soave.

Federico & his B&B on monte soave is truly a gem in the fields of Soave. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe the house, room but most important of all; the kindness & welcoming host Federico. He’s truly a family member in Italy and makes you feel at home away from home. I couldn’t thank him enough for the experience, the nice chats and the lovely wines. Federico really has a very personal approach and is always there to help. Would recommend anyone truly to have a visit here and experience the life of a wine estate

    The walled town of Soave is very beautiful and teems with local life - weddings, christenings in the central church, people enjoying aperitifs and drinks with friends. Lots of artisan shops, bakery and gelato.The surrounding scenery of the large castle, endless vineyards and local walks make this a very special stop in between the larger towns of Verona, Padua and Venice.

    Quaint little town with cute shops, a very interesting Castle and great people and food. We had a great lunch at Locanda Ai Capitelli which is where we stayed. They have an amazing staff and a great breakfast. We took a tour of the Castle which was quite interesting. We also did some great shopping at their unique stores and visited the church.

    I liked the location in the city of Soave with it's historic castle and great wine. Our host Rocco was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We felt his effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible in every interaction with him as well as in the room itself which was filled with little generous treats. Exceptional stay overall. Hopefully we will visit again one day!

    this is a gem in the heart of Soave. the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. the windows opened so you could enjoy fresh air. the breakfast was amazing with farm fresh eggs cooked perfectly.
