Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. It's an old but very charming hotel. The views from the spectacular garden are amazing. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. Part of the hotel is a restaurant. They serve delicious food here. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been too (Genius level 3)

Luigi is an excellent host, nothing was a bother. We enjoyed his travel stories too. The apartment was fully equipped and well laid out. It was a good size and very comfortable. The pool was really refreshing in the heat of the day.

this small hotel is a perfect place for an overnightstop (next to A1 highway to Rome), or for a weekend, to know the pretty little antique town of Chiusi and its relaxing lake and wonderful surroundings. The Hotel has a comfortable position with free parking next to it and good restaurants, bars and pizzeria around, right next to the little center. We had a very pleasant stay and discovered it all. Our room was comfortable and nice furnitured and the owners are very friendly.
