I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. We spent 3 nights at Al Catillo and had a wonderful stay. Stefano and his wife were so hospitable! They stayed open late to wait for us to arrive, were so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond by recommending places for dinner and even helped us coordinate a taxi when Uber didn’t work out. Breakfast was available 8:00-9:30 and they served meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, and croissants that were delicious! The room we stayed in was spotless and quiet, with a balcony facing the courtyard. I would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.

Wonderful, kind host, beautiful clean apartment. The possibility of transport to Rome by train without problem (the host advised how to use city transport, including a suitable one), including recommended places in Tivoli. For us, we rate the stay as perfect.

    Villa d’Este was amazing and had waterfalls to rival Palace of Versailles. The walk through Villa Gregoriana gardens down the side of the hill to the bottom of the waterfalls was a solid hike and not for the feeble. Definitely take a couple of hours to visit Hadrian’s Villa (aka Villa Adriana) which had amazing historical half crumbling palace and ornamental lake.

    Parking at Massimo easy to use and always spaces, underground part as well. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, Taverna Dracula and Mom's fantastic. Best foccaccia ever at cafe near the bridge. Villa D'Este, Hadrians Villa and Hercules temple all on one ticket which lasts 3 days for €30, well worth it.

    Went to see the villas Gregoria, Adriana and D'este.

    Went to see the villas Gregoria, Adriana and D'este. I would not recommend Gregoria personally. In a deep valley, hundreds of stairs to climb, waterfall can be seen from one vantage point as can temples. Didnt think worth the time or money. Adriana interesting because of ruins. Three different lenghts of time offered to walk but with 36 degress thought 1.5 hours sufficient. Museum a must. The one villa that I thought superb was Villa D'este from the magnificent rooms and frescoes to the water features it was stunning. Lots of rooms - off rooms so need to look around and explore each part. Unfortunately to really get the best of the garden you need to travel down to the last level to appreciate it. Best to go early morning to avoid heat.

    We stayed at Al Catillo and was so close to everything. The restaurants were the best part of Tivoli as there were many to chose from and a great value. Beautiful town with very friendly locals. Everything was close enough to walk and shopping was great.

    I liked the area, lively, full of colour, lots of shops and restaurants and cafes. I particularly liked the Villa d'Este. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the gardens are lovely. Tivoli is easy to get around. If you stay near the centre , you cn walk everywhere. There are plenty of good places to eat.

    Well worth the visit.

    Well worth the visit. I stayed there to see Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este. Both were great, but Adriana in particular. I also liked the feel of Tivoli; despite having fairly famous visitor attractions (there is also Villa Gregoriana, although I did not explore that), it has a very "local" vibe.

    Great location - middle of the old town; easy walking to Villa d'Este, restaurants and a good car parking building. Rooms were lovely (huge old rooms, beautifully renovated, with stunning original ceilings!!), both bedrooms are good size (main one is really big); excellent modern bathroom, really large living space - all as described - and there was even the bonus of a separate, shared kitchenette we could use. Great communication with Marco, who was was a friendly, available and helpful host.

    Fabio y Giulia were so nice and kind. Tívoli is worth it, and there are a lot of places to go (Villa Adriana y Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana) and different restaurants, where you can taste delicious traditional food. Also, the people were gentle and friendly. The view from the house is beautiful and the inside is so comfortable. Such a beautiful house, clean and cozy.

    A lovely playground for kids, animals that roam freely (yes, you can bump into a horse when you leave your cottage or on the playground in the morning) and cottages with lovely views. In the morning a very big breakfast awaits you, especially ideal if you have a sweet tooth like us! Only a short drive away from Tivoli with fun restaurants and many sights.

    This extremely comfortable hotel is situated in very pleasant, quiet gardens, and very easy to find. It is walking distance to Villa Adriana and a short drive into Tivoli. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent, and we enjoyed talking with the staff. There was no need to go elsewhere. This is a calm oasis in Tivoli. We will return.

    Lovely apartment in the center of Tivoli, with shops and restaurants easily accessible. Clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The bedroom is particularly pleasant with a high ceiling. The host Luna was kind and reactive.
