Beautiful family hotel on the shores of the lake. The room was cozy with a balcony and a view of the lake. The morning swim in the lake was an experience. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The only minus was the breakfast - a bit small menu, despite this the hotel has my highest rating and I highly recommend it.

After a few days on Lake Como and a last minute change of plans for our next stop we landed up at Parco San Marco. It was a wonderful, serendipitous, beautiful few days on Lake Lugano. Arguably more beautiful, without all the tourist craziness of Como. The staff made our family feel at home and our kids not want to leave. The water sports team were the highlight of our trip for our kids. Waterskiing across the border of Italy and Switzerland will be a life memory for my son.

Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

Wonderful hotel! I was disappointed with Milan, there are a lot of visiting emigrants there. But this hotel in the mountains of Lake Como restored my faith in Italy! Great breakfast in the morning, charming restaurant right in the hotel with very tasty food. The room is clean and in good repair. The staff is the best. The hotel is located in the mountains, I recommend it

    We loved this place. It is ideally for calm stay. Our room with lake view on the 2 floor was big and spacious. Bathroom with the window and balcony). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but included in the price of the room. You don't have to go anywhere in the evening, you can take a diner right here. There is a restaurant downstairs. The lake with pontoon-bridge is just 3 min from the hotel. So you can swim. There is a on -site parking space. Highly recommended!

    The Hotel was perfectly wonderful in every way. Room - 10 Food - 10 View - 10 Garden - 10 Staff - 10+ Owner - 10++ We thoroughly recommend this hotel as a beautiful, peaceful, idyllic place to stay. A real jewel. In just a 2 night stay, it has become one of our favourite hotels. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay

    The Host was very welcoming and spoke excellent English After a short euro road trip we wanted somewhere typically italian to stay on our last night...and this hotel proved to more than fit the bill... excellent food and drink too
