We loved everything! The customer service, the food, the location was perfect for us. I was in Venice for my husband's birthday and we got a surprise...a free bottle of sparkling wine(Brut) in our room and a lovely note from the guest relations manager Elisa.. This kind gesture made our stay very special. Thanks to you all for making our stay a memorable one and we will definitely be back...

The rooms are very nicely designed. The beds are large and comfy. The hotel is next to the canal so some room has a canal view. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has an amazing cocktail bar, you must try their signature cocktails. The hotel is in an area that is not so touristic (by Venice standards). Streets around the hotel are not crowded so you can walk and enjoy Venice properly. On the other hand, it is not too far from the main attractions.

We visited St Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Interactive Da Vinci Museum. We walked for miles even on the first day when it was raining. Venice is still lovely in the rain! And less crowds too. I enjoyed a cannoli or two and also tiramisu with a beer or two.

Venice was beautiful, so different to anywhere else we have visited, due to all the canals and getting around on water boats. Murano and burano are definitely worth visiting, really beautiful places. San Marco square in the evening was magical with loads of orchestras playing live music outside some of the restaurants. Check the price of drinks before you sit down though at San Marco square, as one restaurant on San Marco square wanted 18 euros for a lemonade, so we didn't end up getting a drink there.

So many visitors dash to San Marco and the Doges Palace, complain about the crowds and think they have ‘done’ Venice. This beautiful place has so much more to offer. Explore the different sestiere like San Polo, Cannaregio, Castello etc for a much less crowded explore of Venice’s back streets, amazing buildings and delicious food. Buy the vaporetto pass for all the days you are there and ride all the boats! There is no better way to see Venice than from the water!!

Venice is such a joy to explore.

Venice is such a joy to explore. I loved getting lost in the little streets and alleys—you can walk for hours and still stumble upon something new and beautiful. My favorite time was early in the morning, before the crowds arrived, when the city felt quiet and full of history. Yes, Venice can be busy, and yes, you’ll hear plenty of loud tourists But just turn a corner and suddenly you’re in a peaceful piazza or along a quiet canal. Tip: Skip the waterfront for breakfast—prices are high and the food is geared toward tourists. Instead, embrace the local cafés and enjoy coffee and pastries like Venetians do. Don’t come expecting an American-style breakfast; come ready to embrace the city, its food, and its culture. Venice is truly a city where the best plan is to have no plan—just stroll, get lost, and let it surprise you.

I enjoyed the easy access to everything in Venice, i could walk everywhere. Lots of great restaurants around the hotel and a few mtrs from the water bus station. The gentleman at the bar really went above and beyond to make our stay here a pleasant one. He even prepared a delicious pasta dish for us that i rate as one the best meals i have had in Italy.. thi is a great hotel otherwise, will highly recommend it.

Accomodation is located in the Jewish Ghetto of Venice. Easy 10 minute walk from main train terminal to apartment or 1 stop on the ferry. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a nice view of the canal from both bedrooms. Water pressure in the shower was the best we found whilst in Italy.
