The room was nice and equipped for what I needed. Good enough space to relax, wardrobe, desk and big bathroom. Location is lovely, and the staff were very helpful with check-in/check-out. I dined at the restaurant downstairs for dinner, they were very help and patient with my lack of Italian, it was an amazing dinner, especially the steak which they specialize in. I would go back again easily.

This is a wonderful B&B in every respect, set just outside Vetralla, an easy 15 minute walk into the town on the Via Francigena. It is in a safe and quiet location with superb views of the city. Our room was very well equipped with many thoughtful touches (pegs, soap for hand washing clothes and a clothes line, a box of teas, milk in the fridge, and several more). We were greeted by Francesca with homemade lemonade and biscuits; Mauro drove us to and from an excellent restaurant; when the weather was less than perfect breakfast was served in our room. So many things helped make this one of our favourite places to stay.

    Vetralla to us looks like a typical and authentic Italian village that has not been updated for tourists. Some nice restaurants and good and easy to reach supermarkets next to the more authentic small shops.

    I stayed there while walking in via Francigena and this place had the nicest people during my whole walk to Rome. They really made me felt like I had arrived to home. 😌 As this place is a bit out from the Vetralla, so they made me homemade food and gave me some fresh food from their farm, so I could relax and prepare for the next day. I felt very welcomed. Also the facility is very nice and cozy.

    We really enjoyed our stay! The host was warm and welcoming, and made sure we would be comfortable during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it very easy to feel at home. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Vetralla, especially if walking the Via Francigena!

    Very close to the Via Francigena. The owner kindly offered to drive us to Vetralla so that we could get dinner - we declined, since it is only around 15 minutes’ walk away. Very good breakfast - the first time in Italy that I have been offered bacon and eggs. Best of all, the bed was very comfortable.

    It is a lovely appartment in Vetralla from which place you can go easily to other places. The owner gave us a very nice tip for buying porcini. Because of the warm weather the 2 airco's couldn't match the weather so it was warm during the nights.
