The pool and gardens are really lovely - a real standout. The room was spacious and cleaned daily - which was amazing! The breakfasts were really good and they were accommodating of our requests for eggs served a different way. The staff are very friendly and when we requested a takeaway breakfast as we were flying off early from Cagliari, which Martina kindly prepared a feast for us to eat at the airport. The hotel is a short drive from Villasimius and close to several lovely beaches.

Great location right in this cute town. The host speaks a little English and is super kind and helpful with information and recommendations of places to eat and where NOT to eat which is great. The room was simply and tastefully decorated and our room had a big balcony which was great for drying the clothes we washed in the sink! LOL Breakfast is simple as is the case in Italy and you can eat it outside on a balcony.

Very nice house in the mountains, just 5 mins by car to the town and 10 mins to the beach. The house is fully equipped and there is very cute pets living outside in the garden. Our room was comfortable and there is a good wifi and AC. The hosts are super friendly family and they prepare breakfast for guests every morning. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended

Ideally located in the center of the town's main street, close to restaurants, the manager was extremely friendly. The bedroom, bathroom, and breakfast room were immaculate. Breakfast was one of the best during our stay in Sardinia, with lots of variety on the menu. The electronic room key system and hotel security system worked well.

Amazing location, close to an amazing beach just a few hundred meters away. Free parking by the hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. They also allowed us to park at their vicinities and take a shower if needed after the check out. Check-in was also possible earlier than the posted hour (thanks for that)

Good location close to town centre and Simius beach as well. Breakfest was amazing - big choice of sweets, fruits, eggs, ham and cheese, breads. Very helpful hotel manager Claudia, who could advice good tips for trips, beaches for every day. She helped us a lot to enjoy holiday in Villasimius.

A beautiful property with lovely gardens surrounding it. We had a garden room which was very pretty and very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk into town, around 20 minutes into the main part and the local beach was lovely. We had lunch at the hotel twice which was very enjoyable.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and close to everything. There’s a free parking right in front of the house and many amazing beaches are just minutes drive away. Salvatore also recommended some great restaurants and beaches. Will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent. The friendliness and helpfulness of Ivan and his wife and staff was wonderful. They have filled me with the desire to return to Sardinia and to stay longer in their hotel the next time!

Nice location only few min walk to the beach and short drives to many alternative beaches. House had a small pool and outdoor large teresse where we had breakfast and relaxed after snorkeling and hiking.

Very close to the beach, easy to access, just 5min. walk.Villasimius town 10min. drive.Property was fully occupied with all cutlery, plates and pans enough to make dinner for 8 people.

Nice and quiet, beautiful location and grounds with pool,close to beaches
