The hotel is located in the quiet, historic town of Viterbo. One of its main attractions is the thermal pool. The pool is available from 8:00 AM exclusively for hotel guests and opens to the public at 9:00 AM. Overall, we chose this hotel for its thermal pool, and we did not regret it. It was a real pleasure to walk from the thermal baths to our room in a robe. The breakfast was European-style.

The staff were exceptional. The reception staff were able to source taxis to take us to our destination and also bring us back to the hotel. Breakfast staff brought their own cooked cakes in for us to enjoy. A real gem of a hotel.

    Everything. Caroline was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. Rooms very good. Caroline made a beautiful breakfast. She also helped arrange transfer of bags for one of our group. Hotel 5-10 minutes walk from centre situated in a lovely quiet street. I would definitely recommend. Would certainly stay here again.     First of all location, comfort and the quality of bedding. The apartment is clean with necessary kitchenette. It is cosy, warm and value for money. The owner Alessandro is very supportive and responsive to solve the issues that might appear. We be definitely back when in Viterbo!
