The B&B is located just outside the nice little town of Vittorio Veneto. Some 8 mins from the main road. A narrow twisty road leads to the hamlet where the newly renovated (which is an understatement) building is, in the foothills of the Dolomites. Rustic with high quality materials and airconditioning.. A shared and shaded balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening. Breakfast downstairs, outside or inside. Perfect location to explore mountains, sea and Venice. Elena is a lovely host who is always available when needed. I would recommend their restaurant as well (only open Fri-Sun, or special occasions). I was on business and stayed for 5 days. My business took longer than anticipated and I would've liked to stay longer, but the place was already booked. Which I understand.

I had a wonderful stay at Hillside House Sant’Andrea. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and in an amazing location with great views. The warm welcome made me feel at home right away, and the staff were not only helpful but also genuinely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Very cozy apartment, kitchen was fully equipted. We loved the loction, felt like old city center. There was a parking place- 2min walk, it was paid parking but the price was very low. Our lovely hosts recommended couple of food places and one of them was a pizza place next to the apartment- it was great! Overall great place, would stay again.

    A big surprise , it had a lot of history and was very attractive. The rail service was very good and made Venice , Treviso and Verona accessible. Everywhere was very clean and there was no litter. A very enjoyable break.

    The mountains, the vineyards, the surrounding beauty of the...

    The mountains, the vineyards, the surrounding beauty of the countryside all around was spectacular! A must is to tour the via del Proseco - the cafes and small restaurants along the way were amazing - the menu's were all unique and did not disappoint with local specialties. We took the train from Venice to Vittorio Veneto - took less than an hour. Twelve Euros for the ticket. The train was very comfortable, clean and FAST! There is a bus route that you can take through Vittorio Veneto. A must is to visit the 'old' ancient section of the city (of note is the importance of the historical significance of Vittorio Veneto during WWI) and then to the newer, modern areas surrounded by vineyards.

    Everything! Every detail of the hotel is so attractive! It’s clean, rooms are well thought, the owner was very welcoming and helped with late check in and all details! This place is a hidden gem and a must to return to! And those breakfasts… it was the only breakfast for which we skipped our usual no breakfast policy!

    Best place to stay if you are looking for quiet spot to relax and enjoy the best prosseco. The sweetest receptionists, great breakfast, lovely pool, the hotel is very new and everything there is fashionable. The surrondings are astonishing, you are litteraly in the heart of vineyards. Will definitely come back!

    II was there one night on my trip from Munich to Venice. I didn't expect much, but it was the most authentic hotel I have ever been to. It reminded me of my grandmother, she also had a hotel like this. I hope you have a long and fulfilling life. Grazie nonna e tanti auguri

    The apartment was modern and very clean. It suited us as we were visiting family. The old town of Serravalle is beautiful. The hosts were very hospitable and even took us to the train station which was extremely generous. I would recommend this apartment in Vittorio Veneto.

    Great newly renovated hotel in a lovely town. Easy to find, free parking and a great restaurant with local menu. Very generous breakfast. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and it was just what we needed after walking for two days in Venice )). Can't wait to come back!
