The shuttle bus is extremely helpful as it works efficiently from and to Narita Airport for my morning flight to Taipei, Republic of China. The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

I'm not sure why there's so much hate around the hotels near Narita but Marroad really exceeded my expectations! The hotel was really spacious, the shuttle service was really convenient and best of all, the staff were really helpful! I left an item behind in another hotel and they went out of their way to help me contact the hotel and make arrangements to help me retrieve my item. Really value for money and would totally recommend!

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.
