Amazing host! Very kind and responsive. We accidentally left our earbuds in the house and they sent them to us immediately without charge. The communication with the staff was great. And she was there when we got there for us. It's a Japanese traditional house, so it may not be all singing and dancing, but it was comfortable, all the facility we wanted was there including parking, and it was very safe area.
