These two are the cutest couple I have met in japan. They are so kind and have a open mindset for new things. He is a great artist and very famous in the towns nearby. His stoneculptures are beautiful. She also teached me how to make soba noodles. Its amazing!

Very spacious and clean. The property was very modern, warm inside, fast wifi throughout the building. One of the nicest hostels/guest houses we've stayed at in Japan. A comfortable place to base yourself for a few days if you are tired of the trains and city rush.

Really competitive pricing. You can use the onsen after regular guest hours, and as there are only 3-4 rooms for guest so the onsen is pretty much a private experience. Book early to secure the room!! The general staff won't be able to speak English but the onsen owner has really good English (he took his master's in UK). All are extremely friendly though! Room was really clean and the futon was more comfortable than our other hotel beds!

Staff friendly, helpful. Rooms turned out to be more than the stated size of 13sqm...so for 3adults we booked 2 studio Rooms.-twin beds..when Actually 1 room can sleep a family of 4... spacious n comfortable. Nice public bath but water too hot. The open bath water temp was better..
