Hotel is clean and feels new. Room sizes are as expected in Japan, is on the small side while the price is high due to the central location. The location honestly is super convenient, linked with Yodobashi and Links shopping mall. You are exactly in the heart of Umeda. Amenities provided were basic, rooms were spotless clean and the beds slept fine. Generally nothing to fuss about. But do not expect personal service or whatsoever. Check in check out was a breeze as well. Service provided at main lobby was helpful. The breakfast included was also considered fine, everything tasted good and up to standard. I liked that they had baby chairs and children utensils. Overall, satisfied with the hotel and would choose to stay again.

We fall in love with their beds and pillows, so comfortable and we slept like in heaven. We have morning buzzer :). It is really quite place with easy access to train station , from where is a direct train to Universal Studios. In hotel alley is line of street food and izakayas, so no problem to get a drink or food in front of the hotel.
