Everything about it 🙏 True Japanese style with a nice private indoor onsen which we used several times during our visit. Such friendly staff and the best Japanese/ Italian meal we had in Japan. Nice big family room with separated Japanese “wall” during nighttime

The room was spacious and there was a nice window view. Its quiet and clean. Albeit the staff does not speak english that well, they were polite and very hospitable. They try to be helpful as much as they can. Onsens were big with a variety of temperature. And the outdoor ones were very relaxing The dinner course was unexpected and delicious. Breakfast was satisfying too. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful first onsen experience here. Will definitely come again.

I was very satisfied with the full range of services offered in this cozy facility. The beautifully presented meals, the professional and friendly front desk staff, the well-trained service team, and the spa facilities were all excellent.
