Toyoko Inn is always my go to hotels to stay at when I’m Japan and this branch is no exception. I felt welcomed when I walked through the door after a long flight and with the self check in machine, it made it a even faster process. All the staff, the front desk, cleaners and kitchen staff was professional and very nice.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating! We found it to be exceptional for the price. We initially booked for 5 nights and extended our stay by an extra 3 nights. It’s clean, spacious, has a shower with hot water and projector. The beds were comfortable and aircon worked well. Yes, it’s next to a train track but the metro didn’t bother us at all and our room was facing out onto the tracks. Took 30 mins to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku by metro and 40 mins to get to the main Tokyo station. It’s very close to the metro which was great for getting around Tokyo. Plenty of food options around the area like ramen, KFC, McDonald’s etc if you want them. Amazing Fresh pastries from Saint Germaine bakery in the metro station - we went here 3 times to get them and bring them back for breakfast! Honestly we thought it was great value for what you get and the ease of accessing the city.

All the staff members at COCO Hotel truly sets it apart. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member, precisely from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay I wish there was available room but unfortunately I had to move to another hotel because the Hotel is fully booked. The location very near the train station was very convenient. The sticker system to let the host know if you want your sheets changes and rubbish cleared. Or leaving your towels out in a bag for it to be replaced without entering the room. Breakfast provided is plain with just toast with the occasional sweet buns. The microwave and a full mid size fridge was good.
