Because a typhoon wiped out some train tracks, this place is hard to get to. But WOW. Eat like royalty, soak in a hot spring, take a glorious hike, and repeat. Phenomenal.

Aircon in all rooms and the pictures gives an accurate impression of the place. The garden is small but charming and offers enough space for outdoor relaxation. There are not many accommodation options near Kanaya or Shin-Kanaya stations, and we were lucky to find this ideal little place! Very clean and neat, and just a five minute walk from Shin-Kanaya, where we took a sightseeing train on the local Okigawa train line. We loved our stay here!

Amazing location next to the river in a tea plantation. The house was wonderfully peaceful and very well appointed.
