We were the very first customers and were so warmly welcomed! The interior design, the rooms, the decoration, the entrance hall, the bath...everything had such a relaxed, calm but elegant vibe. We even got the direct Fuji view room and were so lucky to stay there on a perfectly clear sky day, it was stunning and we sat in our room speechless; admiring the beauty of mount Fuji but also appreciating the kindness and warmhearted hosts that treated us so nicely and went above and beyond to give us the best and most special experience we've never expected on our short trip to Yamanakako ❤️ Thank you very much again from the two of us, and we hope everything went smoothly so far 😊 We'd always recommend staying at your cosy place if someone's looking for a beautiful Ryokan experience! 頑張ってね～

Amazing experience! There are three floors in total, spacious and suitable for a family. The bathroom on the first floor is incredibly large and luxurious. The third floor has an outdoor balcony equipped with a projector and other facilities. You can see Mount Fuji right from the room.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the reception staff was extremely helpful and our room/ hotel terrace overlooked Mount Fuji. There’s also a common space where we could cook and eat our meals. This was, by far our best accommodation in Japan

Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

We only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful, bright, with a view of Mount Fuji. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, just 2 or 3 blocks from the station. Thank you as well for the keychain you gave us, such a lovely souvenir.
