The Shuri castle was under reconstruction. However, it was extremely interesting to see the details of the reconstruction effort, and how it was originally built. Naha is a small city.
Naha is a small city. You can visit all the main spots by walking and public transportation. Surrounded by ocean, Naha's restaurants can offer very qualified Sushi and sashimi. It is good for 3 days in Naha to see most of the attractions, shirujo castle though the main entrance Hall is actually a 3-D Painting Photo because the actual is still under re-construction, Okinawa world, the fish markets and kokusai street, shikinaen Garden, Senaga island, Sefa-Utaki and half hour drive to American Village. Naha has so much to do. We used it as a home base for visiting outer islands and other parts of Okinawa. The people are friendly and laid back. We even enjoyed joining a local band in singing and dancing.Guest review byAnonymous

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a laid-back feel, reflecting that of Okinawa. They assisted us when we needed to dispose of a broken suitcase (something of a challenge in Japan!), doing so promptly and charging us a small fee.
