We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

This was a great hotel if you are needing to stay near the airport. Great value for money. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and had some tasty and healthy options. Shuttle was included!

For the price, it was the best value I have ever experienced. Clean, modern, elegant, great buffet breakfast, great views from the windows, close to the airport with terrific shuttle service. Love the whole experience. Added bonus was looking at Mount Fuji while enjoying my breakfast.

We were really satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean and worth the money. The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and to Aeon Narita supermarket. There are full facilities such as restaurants and duty-free supermarkets right in the hotel lobby.

Just 10 minutes from Narita International Airport on the free 2-way shuttle, Hotel Nikko Narita features a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour convenience store and 4 dining options.

Clean comfy room. Loved having a Lawson’s within the building. Breakfast buffet within building (for extra) had amazing selection which catered to people with food sensitivities!
