The stay was simply perfect. The house was spotless and much more spacious than the pictures suggest. You can feel the love in every detail of the interior,it doesn’t feel like a "hotel" at all, but like a real home, fully equipped for a comfortable stay over several days. The location is also brilliant. I already had high expectations based on the photos, but they were clearly exceeded. No doubt: if I ever come back to Japan, I’ll rent this house again,for that price, absolutely.

My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Loved the location. The service was impeccable. And the food was sublime and delicious. The hotel was a mix of old and new. Fabulous art and furniture. The staff couldn't do enough and suggested that as the firework festival was taking place that evening..we could have dinner earlier and taxi service would be arranged. We especially loved our private onsen overlooking the bay. Can't wait to return. Only an hour from Tokyo!!

Lovely staff. The rooms and amenities were fantastic. We had a private Onsen in our room which was the best experience for us. The dinner and breakfast was the best food we've had in Japan.

It was too expensive for one night and there were 3 people in the room. The best thing would have been 2 rooms. But booking couldn't understand me the many times I tried to explain this to them before visiting the hotel. But I was unsuccessful.
