The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and much more e.g. Anker speaker, sauna room, Muji skin care in bathroom. Also, kitchenette was top-notch and mattress was very soft and comfy. It was a perfect stay and I wish I had stayed longer

The location of the hotel is great. Very easy access from the main train station as well as to the centre area with a lot of shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is diverse with tons of local options as well as a few western dishes. We had a great stay at this hotel!

Family room with 4 huge bunk beds was a pleasant surprise ! Spacious living room, too. Toilet and bath / tub are separate . Room has washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, and frying pan . No plates, Silver ware. There are plastic cups .

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. My rental car battery died and the staff assisted me to contact the rental car company. The location is excellent being next to the Kumamoto train station. The room had excellent view of the surrounds. The dining area at the lobby was available for guest use. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front office who spoke excellent English.
