1. All hotel staff are very friendly. 2. The receptions can communicate in English, so foreign travelers won’t have any communication issues. 3. The location is excellent, very close to popular attractions and the monorail station. 4. The room is very clean, with modern decor and good facilities. 5. Great place for an extended stay in Naha, Okinawa. It's basically a small, fully equipt apartment. Has a fridge, microwave, small kitchenette, air conditioner, and your own washing machine and dryer! They also provide washing detergent for free, meaning if your staying for more than a few days you can wash your clothes for free. We stayed for 5 nights and it was great. Location was fine, just a short walk to public transportation, or ferry terminals. Family Mart right across the road. If you're looking for a budget, fully self-contained unit, then you'll love this place.

Even storyline is a 3 star hotel, but we both think the quality is top. The room in the hotel is larger than other Japan hotel I've stayed, and the balcony or terrace is near to NaHa airport so that you can see the flight taking off. You can also enjoy the breakfast and the free drink or beer hours in the sky bar. All meals are good. The hotel is near to Naha hotel and the rent car store, so it is very good to us.

The room, although it was a standard twin, was spacious, bright and with an excellent wet room bath/shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is next to the monorail station, and easily walkable to the next station where the department store and Kokusai dori are located.
