It was very clean and although the room was small, it was adequate. Staff were friendly and there was an amenity bar with everything one would need. It was a little far from JR Takatsuki station but it was fun to walk through the shopping/bar district to get there. It’s very close to Hankyu Takatsuki city station. It’s very close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

The host is such a kind and helpful person. He really made our stay something special. It felt like we were invited as honored friends instead of just guests. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and had lots of helpful amenities. The location is very private and local, but you can access Osaka via public transportation. I appreciate our stay very much thanks to the amazing host.

Clean and comfortable Japanese house with all facilities you will need as if you’re home. Near to station around 15 minutes walk and just next to 7/11 convenience store. The owner has great hospitality and sense of humor, he makes sure that you’re comfortable, besides he is very kind and friendly, he invited me to dinner and sometimes brought me Bento for dinner at the hotel. Also he offered me rides with his car. The breakfast is delicious and is more than enough. WiFi is fast. I became friends with one of the residents as well.
