Large, clean rooms, quiet location, surrounded by nature and temples. Although it’s not directly in Narita, it’s a great alternative. Much quieter and still everything you need is available. You can easily take a bus directly to Narita or the airport. The rooms are in traditional Japanese style, and the owners are incredibly friendly. I felt right at home! Thank you so much.

The shuttle bus is extremely helpful as it works efficiently from and to Narita Airport for my morning flight to Taipei, Republic of China. The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

I'm not sure why there's so much hate around the hotels near Narita but Marroad really exceeded my expectations! The hotel was really spacious, the shuttle service was really convenient and best of all, the staff were really helpful! I left an item behind in another hotel and they went out of their way to help me contact the hotel and make arrangements to help me retrieve my item. Really value for money and would totally recommend!

Stayed for one night and it was a nice airport hotel! Shuttle that goes to the airport, with friendly helpful staff. Hotel had some stores and a restaurant and all that cool stuff.

Very good service right from check in to out. The convenient store inside the hotel comes in handy. The bus shuttle to Aeon was a bonus, fantastic for when you have spare time before heading out to the airport. The room tv came with Netflix, it was great for us to entertain our children who don't understand Japanese.

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.

    This feels like a truck stop town of some sort.

    This feels like a truck stop town of some sort. So there's a busy through road with a cute little town attached at a junction. It also appears to feed labor to Narita and has some small industry embedded. Small town vibes through and through.
