There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.

We stayed for a night before our flight because it's very close to Narita airport. The breakfast was excellent! In the morning, there were lots of buses leaving to the airport right in front of the hotel, for free. The price was also good for one night.

One of the best accomodations I've been to. The staff was super friendly, there are lots of free pamphlets for activities for the region and beyond, and the free Origami DIY was super fun. The room (traditional japanese) was huge with an awesome view on the pond. I loved the futon and the Japanese pyjama's, they were so comfortable. Definitely try the onsen too, it was super relaxing. I would love to stay here again.

    In my opinion Narita is worth staying in longer than just...

    In my opinion Narita is worth staying in longer than just for a night after or before the flight. It is a lovely town with one of the most important (and the most beautiful I've seen) temples in Japan, and it is famous for unagi, the eel, which is delicious and defienetly a must to try while in Japan.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely. We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.

    I liked the hotel for its proximity to Narita Airport. They offer free shuttle rides between hotel and airport. Perfect for an overnight stay, when you have landed at Narita Airport and for moving to Tokyo City the next day. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Proximity to convenience stores was another plus.
