Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel is nice and central. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Conference room was very well setup. Supermarket over the road, bank next door, bakery around the corner, plenty of other shops and university campuses nearby.

We had a third floor room with lake view and balcony which we appreciated very much. We had breakfast on the balcony in the morning to watch the monkeys in the forest between Hotel and Lake - not recommended. They paid us a visit and we had to move inside. The swimmingpool was refreshing, staff was very nice and responsive.
