My one night stay at CnC BnB-Kimana was fantastic. The host was very welcoming, something that made me believe that I was in the right place. The place is very very secure. I did not have to worry about the security of my car. About cleanliness, I would award the place an A* I highly recommend the place to any traveler who values comfort, cleanliness and security, among others.

The accommodation was a solid 10 out of 10. The view from the tents was absolutely priceless. It was incredibly cozy and peaceful, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature. Thomas and Samuel were extremely accommodating and helpful, always offering their support with any matter. I can’t praise them enough – they deserve more than a 10 out of 10. Everything was just perfect. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious. I had the best fish with Ugali I’ve ever tasted. It was incredibly tasty. Highly recommended!

Teule Guest House is a very clean and comfortable place. The beds are big and comfy, an the common spaces are very cozy. Plus, you can see the Kilimanjaro from outside your window so perfect spot. The food at the Guest House is super affordable, abundant and tasty (we tried breakfast included with the hotel fee and we paid apart for dinner). You can get very fulfilled meal for less than 3 dollars. The bathroom was super clean and you have everything you need on it: hot shower, nice and big towels, toilet paper, soap and air freshener. But the best part is Esther: she's the most lovely woman we met so far here in Kenya. She cooked very well and feels like a friend from the beggining. She takes care of everything and was always checking on us to make us feel comfortable. Without any doubts, Teule Guest House is an awesome place to stay to see the kilimanjaro, experience village life in Kenya, and meet very nice people.

The cabin is thoughtfully built. Bed was comfortable, many places with good view to relax. The view was great. The town is 25 min walk away, or you can take motor bike - there’s a motorbike’s station across the street. It was super clean as well.

A tranquil place in the middle of savanna with magnificent views on Kilimanjaro, birds singing since early morning on acacia trees and amazing people who make this please special and take care of you like of their own friends. We arrived in Emali and were picked up by a taxi and brought directly to the camping. We booked four nights in a tent but as we had no car and our backpacks would probably not fit in a tent, we had to change for a house (additionally paid). This place is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence, gate closed for the night and security (Sam) is always there for you. Brian (Lerionka) is a great host (he together with Sam and my husband organized beautiful birthday for me), an awesome cook (his food was delicious) and tour guide - he knows so much about the nature and enjoys sharing his passions with guests. We went on one-day Safari in Amboseli organized by Brian with a guide Isak (very competent guide with years of experience, highly recommended), walking tour (spotting zebras) on savanna next to the camping, hiking on foothill of Kili and even a cooking lesson with Brian. If you would like to relax, spend time in nature, enjoy the views of top of Kilimanjaro and get an authentic experience in Kimana and Oloitokitok, you should definitely stay longer than 2 nights. Great stay! This place was created to provide a space for education and awareness for the Maasai community. During our stay, we were lucky enough to attend one of their gatherings. The site has recently started offering the option to camp in spacious tents. So by staying at this campsite, you're also supporting a good cause. The grounds are large and secured with fencing. It’s located right in the heart of the savannah. You can go on walks in the surrounding area with a guide and spot wildlife. The staff is attentive, and it's also possible to use the kitchen, which is a big plus. You shouldn't expect a high level of comfort, but it was more than enough for us.

43 km from Amboseli National Park, VINTEX GUEST HOUSE is situated in Kimana and features air-conditioned rooms. The property has mountain views.
