I liked the fact that it was located in the market area & was only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Check-out was at 12 p.m., which is quite late & was really handy, plus I could leave my suitcase at the reception until after 2 p.m. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed, clean, & quiet.

They cleaned the rooms every day and the cleaning ladies were so lovely and hospitable. The cleaning ladies went above and beyond and were very kind to us. It’s also on a street with really good curry and food options, close to public transport and a shopping centre!

AMAZING AND EXTREMELY KIND HOST WITH HEART OF GOLD! We had some issues after arriving in Korea, host helped us a lot! Host is extremely kind, helpful and considerate. I use booking for at least 10-12 years and never met such helpful and friendly host and such warm welcome-it was amazing! Rooms were clean and well equipped. Location is very good (although it may look far on the map, it's only 1 change in the subway from airport line to line 1, which is far better than changing to other lines numerous times). Very good place, well equipped room. Hotel and it's surroundings are in quiet part of the city-inhabited mainly by locals (no crowds of tourists). After a trip to Japan, we landed in Korea only for 2 days, and were totally bought by country and locals (mainly due to Hosts friendliness and willingness to help). WILL COME BACK AGAIN!

The buffet breakfast package was incredible! There was a great diversity of food, great quality, and the service was great. They had an omelet station, salad station, hot foods (salmon, sausages, vegetables, bacon, etc.), a dessert/fruit station, and even had an espresso machine. The view of Olympic Park from our hotel room was great and it was quiet despite the hotel being right next to a busy road. The GS25 on the basement floor was very convenient after late nights. The hotel is just one subway station away from Lotte World, Lotte World Tower, and Lotte Mall. Very convenient location, especially for a weekend trip to Seoul.
