- Large room - A lot of facilities - Room was cleaned every day, and we were getting bottles of water - Has nice TV with Netflix - Comfy bathroom, large - Just adorable administration, the best one we've met in South Korea so far. Helped us with Taxi, were always asking is everything okay, always friendly and smiling, thank you :) - Bus stops are nearby, easy to access - PC Bang is nearby as well (benefit for gamers)

Very accessible, it's new, well furnished and gym & swimming pool facilities are complete. I love the ocean view and I could do my leisure run along the coast in the morning. There is complimentary American at the hotel's Cafe - Waveless and the Cafe overlooked the ocean and also offered some beautiful cakes.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty!

Beaches and nature spots are soooo pretty! The public transport is good; however, the island is sooo big, so it's super recommended to renting a car. the food is awesome but a little bit expensive. Must to eat black pig and a lot of sashimi and abulone.

Booked a two day Jeju English Private Taxi Tour for five people. Walking trails, forest walks, waterfalls, lava caves, scenic coastline, beaches, volcanic craters, forest walks Haenyeo Museum, forest areas, tangarines! Thanks to our guide Terry it was a great experience.

Jeju is just amazing, people are just exceptional around, very cheerful and very loving to the baby. We loved every bit of jeju, the clear blue sky, the beaches, the infra, coffee shops, bakery. Literally everything. Jeju is so colourful. Whereever the eye rolls its filled with hues. The place has its own vibe. Must visit once in life

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all.

Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all. We were a group of three between 29-33 years old. Great and diverse food, amazing nature, great hiking trails, amazing beaches, locals who are used to both domestic and foreign tourists (+-13.000.000 a year) and competitive ferry pricing with eg Hanil ferries which you can easily book from 30 bucks round trip. Book the third class and proceed to chill on deck and in the on board restaurant as the trip is a mere 2.5 hours. Jeju city has a lot to offer, but the city in the south is also great (Seogwepo). If you feel like dining at the beach there are a lot of niche options like beach club Vadada and born to be burger/pizza at the pool and football stadium. Summarized we did not have enough on our long weekend trip there. 10/10.

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride...

I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride anyway... I found an old bicycle on the street, but the seat was not rideable, I could ride it standing up but not sitting down. So I stopped in a car mechanic's shop and a simple fix for free and I was on my way. Jeju National Museum of Art was interesting.

Our first visit to S Korea and we picked Jeju since we love...

Our first visit to S Korea and we picked Jeju since we love nature and prefer to avoid crowded cities. Absolutely love the greenery and we were lucky it was hydrangea season hence we get to admire the beautiful flowers everywhere we go. It is recommended to rent a car for ease of travel; we adapted to the LH drive pretty fast and enjoyed driving around the island.

This hotel was located in a central area of Jeju City. Easy to walk and find restaurants and shops. Upon checking in the early evening, the front desk staff was unfriendly and cold. She didn't even want to say hello and made little eye contact which is not what we expect when staying at hotels. However, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff in the morning were much friendlier which made our experience a bit better upon check out.

The location is excellent, across the road from Dongmun Market and a short walk from the Black Pork restaurants street and shopping streets. One of the hotel staff, Park Cheyeon was very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and helped make our stay in Jeju so much more pleasant. Renting a car is necessary if you want to explore the island. The hotel has its own parking area in the back which accommodates up to six cars.

What I was most impressed is the location of the hotel. It was centrally located within Jeju city. Close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Tour pick-ups from hotel or next hotel (Grand Hyatt) was a breeze. Desk staff very helpful in booking and getting taxi to the airport, as early at 5.0am. Appreciate that extra mile.

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.
