The staff was kind and helpful, they changed the tower I was staying in so that it's easier for me to get on the shuttle bus to the airport. Definitely recommand this hotel if you have a flight in the morning

We were upgraded to a suite. Very quiet, excellent shuttle to Terminal 1. The hotel kept our bicycle boxes for a month. Connected to a cycle path across the island.

Great hotel, spacious room with all amenities, complete kitchen and bathroom. The hotel starts at floor 36, my room had great views of the ocean. There's a convenience store next to the hotel in case you need to buy something, and the metro station is also close to move around Incheon, or even go to Seoul if you prefer. The staff was very nice and always taking care of every detail. I had a short stay, but I enjoyed every minute of it
