Best, friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced in my entire life. Big thank you from my entire family to Irina and Svetlana! My father returned to his home town Makinsk after 30 years and really needed help to get around. The staff found a suitable taxi driver for him within minutes, even though it was late at night. This meant the world to him and will always be a positive memory in all of our hearts! A very nice building, new enough to feel comfortable. The breakfast was good.
