I felt very welcomed from the first minute I arrived, until I left again. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely functional, bathroom superb. I am an alergic - so it was great to have wooden floor instead of carpet.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are large, the heating works perfectly as you are able to set the exact temperature that you desire and the shower works great. Another big plus is the outstanding breakfast, which was different every time in my six days stay, and always had something that I liked. This is not the classical "continental" breakfast, but what you get is a real cooked meal. And also, the staff of the hotel is very friendly and the location is excellent.

Amazing little hotel in the centre of the city. Staff was super friendly, everything is clean, room is big and cozy. In room there is everything what you need - from slippers to toothbrushes. Breakfast is from the menu and it's absolutely gorgeous, thanks to the chef. Also beds are very comfortable.

Our stay was absolutely delightful as a couple. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making us feel completely at ease. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, and their guidance made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect just a short walk from the train station while all the essential facilities were readily available, adding to our comfort. Without a doubt, whenever we visit Almaty again, or if any of our family or friends travel there, we would love to recommend this wonderful hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home!
