Resort was directly on the lagoon,and there was a beautiful cool breeze through the hot time of the day. Anything I needed was provided....I just asked. I was even able to use the fridge. Rooms are spacious and super clean.Resort is super safe and monitored by security cameras . I slept really well,there was no noise to disturb me. I highly recommend this property. It's fantastic value. Fishing and boating is possible also.

Here for 3 nights but loved it so much, we came back for another 3! Beautiful location by the lagoon. Excellent restaurant with friendly, professional staff and tasty food of good sized portions. Recommend the chicken biriyani! The pool was great and kept our kids entertained for hours. Overall just great customer care especially by Adhil the Resort Manager who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. So if you need a relaxing break, highly recommend Rivera Resort!! 👌

The great customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and Amazing location, close to all the main attractions. Delicious foods with a great variety. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, during which time we managed to feel at home. Ashok is always positive, friendly, will tell you what, where and how. And by the way, he cooks well, this probably runs in his family, because not far away, about 5 minutes walk, there is a small cozy cafe that serves delicious sauce and seafood, and as it turns out, his relatives work there. The room is clean, modern, hot water was always available, convenient location between two beaches, cleaning upon request, if you don’t inform us again, they won’t disturb you. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it

We absolutely loved our stay here at Adi Residences. The Sri Lankan hospitality shown by the care takers, the kindest Aunty and Uncle, was incredible. From preparing us delicious cups of tea, to suggestions on where to eat and sharing some tasty home cooked food, it was like staying at a 'home away from home' throughout our travels. The apartments are new, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need and if something isn't there, rest assured uncle will be organising it for you in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for having us, we loved spending time with you as we explored Batticaloa 😊

We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. It was super clean, fast WiFi, shared fridge - the hosts are super friendly and full of information. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had breakfast there and it was delicious..Highly recommended!
