The room was great—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views are incredible, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, especially breakfast—it’s the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far.

This was my second stay at Thotalagala, and it was just as perfect as the first time! The bungalow is beautiful and the service beyond compare. Small and intimate, with beautiful rooms for relaxation and a fireplace room perfect for socialising with other guests. Coming into our room at night was a pleasure, with tea and hot water bottles waiting. The staff were so attentive, giving us a slightly better room and packing us a lunch when we left. We are definetly coming back!
