Everything was perfect – the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with everything brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us with ice cream, which was such a sweet touch! The food was delicious, and the location is just a short walk from the seaside. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves – such a rare and relaxing experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for tranquility and comfort!

Wonderful experience here. The host was very supportive and kind. He helped me locate a bicycle and personally drove me to the bus station in the early morning. The place is near a great cafe/restaurant and a luxury hotel is close by with a pool you can use. Top spot!

The great customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and Amazing location, close to all the main attractions. Delicious foods with a great variety. A very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep during my stay in Sri Lanka. The AC works like a charm. Nice people, nice place. We came by tuk-tuk and we parked it inside the property which is a plus.

I loved everything. The little Cabana is very comfortable and gives you enough airflow even on hot days. The location is stunning as it is situated between a lagoon and a beach. Sunset can be seen just from the cabana or you can walk to the tip of the beach where the ocean meets the lagoon for epic sunset views. The best part of the stay in the host Manoj who is a very warm welcoming human! It's not called for no reason soul connection:) thank you Manoj and I hope to see you again 🙏

One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way. I highly recommend Coastal Villa is suitable for guests. Thanks Coastal Villa.
