Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

I had a fantastic experience at this property! The food was delicious, local food with a great variety. What really stood out was the excellent customer service—the staff was attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We stayed 2 nights in 2 double villas. We had a family gathering in their restaurant and we had a few personal requests for meal arrangements, staff gave us their full support and we are thankful to the staff. Pool was nice and well maintained. Night time atmosphere was amazing in the property. Only 10 minutes walk to the Kala wewa dam and 10 minutes drive to the famous Aukana statue. Food was also delicious.

We had such a nice stay in this small hotel. It is very nicely located 10 minutes from the main road at the border of a big lake and many rice fields, full of birds and monkeys. We had a very beautiful spacious house for ourselves. The food was delicious and special. The ayurvedic treatment was good as well. And very friendly staff!

Well, everything: - most importantly service provided by hotel staff, from the very first encounter. After long drive through the Sri Lankan traffic I was tired and the guy from the hotel met me by the road on his scooter to guide me to the accommodation - they had open kitchen with a variety of dishes at 21 o’clock which was perfect as me and my wife were tired to go out to look for places to eat - the territory is enclosed with a fence and they have parking spots, so it was ideal for me with rented car - the room was clean, smelled fresh and new (something I found hard to find in many hotels). - they have all necessary toiletry including hair drier - the room is very big, the bed is comfortable. - the territory is beautiful, lots of greens but the room and terrace feel private space because of greenery that separates the territory - nice breakfast - the property is close to the entrance to Sigiriya National Museum

Situated in a quiet location with an excellent view of Sigiriya Rock, while still being a short walk to restaurants. The pool area was well maintained, and it was great to have a swim after a long hot day exploring the area. The staff and breakfast was great. The room was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The air-conditioning worked very well. A fantastic place to stay.

The best hotel so far on our trip. Centrally located, with breakfast overlooking the incredible Lion Rock. Every day we were surprised with a delicious local sweet dish! so good! Clean rooms, with hairdryer and Smart TV. Dinusha was super helpful and arranged a tour for us to Sigiriya and Dambulla with Kumara, whom we 100% recommend. An excellent experience. We would definitely come back!

Ajith and Gamini were lovely. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. The cottages were very spacious comfortable and clean. The pool was great too.
