The location is absolutely amazing, set right in and amongst the tea fields. The view is spectacular and it is very peaceful. The property is very unique and the furnishings are very nice, with lots of space and comfort. Saman and his team are very attentive, providing excellent personalized service and cater to any needs.. The food was very very good, with a great variety and the hot rock meal was great fun!

The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. One of the absolute highlights was the Seafood BBQ dinner. The freshness, preparation, and flavour of every dish was simply superb. Mount Havana is a rare gem — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run by people who genuinely care about your comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious yet grounded escape in nature.

An exceptional location. Both views and serenity 😌 One of the best places we have stayed in a long time. The greenery, the sound of water, birds chirping along with fantastic views and a pool to relax. Rooms are comfortable and tidy. Our stay was absolutely faultless and all of the staff were lovely. We had a wonderful relaxing stay with some amazing food! It was a beautiful location surrounded by nature, we saw so much wildlife and the noises of all the birds are amazing! The road to The Weir House was quite an adventure which we loved as we felt in the middle of the jungle but does make it harder to access. We visited Kandy in a tuktuk and it took us around 50 minutes but was a beautiful journey, the botanical gardens were stunning. From The Weir House we went to Yala which was an amazing journey with some cultural stops along the way, I would highly recommended our driver Pradeep (SN travel) who the hotel organised for us. Would highly recommend!
