The staff were very helpful and friendly, grate place to relax they have very beautiful garden with big wonderfull pond! and the breakfasts were the best we have had in Sri Lanka.The villa in a great location to the city centre and Sigirya rock.The room was very comfortable and clean.

It is a brand new family run Hotel in an ideal location, very close to the Sigiriya Lion Rock. The rock is visible from the hotel! Lovely owner/ family were very attentive to all our requests. They even arranged a superb safari for us on request. Very safe for solo/ female travellers as well. Mr. Asanka deserves special mention as the chef. His Sri Lankan dishes are a must try! Well worth the price! Will definitely come back!

Everything was great. The host is friendly and very helpful! The place is clean and the location is excellent, middle of the jungle, 5 minutes walk from lions rock. We arrived in the middle of the night and the property owner was so helpful and nice and waited for us. They made us Sri Lanka breakfast and coffee in the morning :) The rooms are simple and clean, the AC works, the pool is clean. You can hear many birds in the morning and it’s a full jungle experience. We had a late flight and the check out was late which was also no problem!

We are family with 3 years old child. Normally we are looking for spacious and clean rooms. Tropicara provided exactly what we were looking for. Rooms are operated by very nice and friendly family. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast and dinner that we ate there were delicious!

The pool is amazing! Very clean, nice temperature! The staff is very helpfull, responsive and will give you the best tips for your trip! We took a tuktuk to Pollonaruwa old city and enjoyed the trip so much! The driver told us so many wonderfull things about the region, we just loved the whole day being with him.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful experience and the great accommodation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was truly outstanding (so far the best food we’ve had in Sri Lanka). The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the balcony offered a stunning view. In the morning, you can hear the beautiful chirping of birds from the balcony, making it a perfect way to start the day. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the rain, but it is in excellent condition! Special thanks to the lovely lady who took great care of us and brought many smiles to our faces.
