This was our 16th place to stay in Sri Lanka. It has to be the most peaceful, relaxing and chilled out of all. Lovely clean, spacious room, with a small seating area which we loved the views onto the lake. The staff were exceptional! We also hired their kayaks and went for a trip on the serene lake. We’ll remember this place and would definitely return.

The host are experienced hoteliers and very welcoming. The place itself is a paradise with a beautiful garden and nice pool to escape the heat. Would really highly recommend staying here! Unfortunate we only stayed for one night.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a welcome juice and unlike other places could take card or cash. The jungle setting and location was quiet a d tranquil and I loved the surroundings. Birds, palm squirrels and the accommodation's dog added to the experience. The room was big and spacious with a back patio area to have drinks and look at the jungle. Tea and coffee and toiletries came with the room, toilet roll. Some places haven't so just thought it was worth mentioning. I loved the outdoor pool and the general outdoor area. I chilled with a book outside.

A perfect 10! Very comfortable, very clean, delicious food, especially the Sri Lankan curry. The staff are extremely professional, dedicated, sincere, friendly and genuinely preocupied with making every element of your stay perfect; which they achieved. A relaxing ambience, good location, everything surpassed our expectations. Enormous, heart-felt thanks to Kumara, Rashan, Janalea, Thushan, Kanthi, Shivama, Arshael, Sithum, Maduva, Umesh, Sumith and Pradeep....that is to say, to ALL of the staff. We came as guests and left as friends and you can't ask for more.

Such a beautiful place to stay, clean and homely and you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Our room was facing the sea and we could wake up and lie in bed and look out to the beautiful beach. The bed was enormous and the room spacious. We opened the door in the morning straight onto the beach with our own private sun loungers and hammock. We could lie quietly and read or sit and sip a beer. The owners were just the kindest and nicest people. They were so welcoming and the room was so homelywith a beautiful patchwork bedspread. we were welcomed like part of the family. The breakfast was fantastic with Sri Lankan dishes and fruit and omelette and tea and it filled us up for the day. The views of the beach were incredible. It was a close drive (about 20 mins) from the centre of Galle which was handy for seeing the sights. When we left we were asked to plant a tree for the owners as a memory of us being there which was just lovely. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed longer and do hope to be back. Thank you again for a fabulous time.

The rooms are beautiful, comfy & gives you the feeling of being in the wild but having the accomodities you need for the best relaxing. Especially the bathrooms are astonishing, spacious and modern, but also when you are taking a shower its like you are in the jungle. Lovely Balcony with a great view. Swimming pool to cool of in. Rooftop that is perfect for a yoga session or just to chill. The service was the best, you would get help with anything you needed and they really made you feel at home when coming to Oma. Also i was invited to taste the local food that Chilli´s mom was cooking which was some of the best i had in Sri Lanka and they are all so sweet. Its location is really the best if you want nature around you and get a break from the music playing at the beach. Its a 10 min walk to the beach and a nice walk to get there. I really recommend Oma if you need a place in Hikkaduwa.

Fabulous villa accomodating few families (45 people ). Lots of space and room to be comfortable even when raining it was a good space to be in. Food : very good and local specialties - mango curry. Staff : very attentive and helpful. Rooms : very clean and spacious Swimimg pool : good size
