Superb location, it has nice views of Puna ella waterfall and lokking over the kotmale reservoir. Can see the lower ramboda falls also. We were very satisfied with spacious room and the views it offered. Super relaxing spot. Food was good and they had a big SL food menu.They have very friendly staff.

Location, view, cleanliness extremely friendly sevice especially Mr Shaam operation manager who invited us for complimentary high tea as it was Eid day also provided snacks for travelling back to Colombo. Front desk staff Ms Dilu who helped in any which way. Ms Dulshani and Nishada at the buffet who treated us like family extremely professional very well trained. Also speak thanks to Mr Chaminda

Cottage San Francesco is a place that you can't miss in Nuwara Elyia! We loved the place, location and room it was very clean, moreover the host gave us a better a room with a wonderful view without adding any cost, where we enjoyed a breath breaking sunset! The breakfast was so delicious while enjoying a beautiful view on the hills, honestly the best food we had in sri lanka! Services as tuk tuk or driver are provided easily from the host. The tuk tuk guy helped us discovering hills tea factory and he was also very nice to go around with a local one! This is the perfect place where spend some nights to take a rest and relax! Don't miss this place!!

The location is absolutely amazing, set right in and amongst the tea fields. The view is spectacular and it is very peaceful. The property is very unique and the furnishings are very nice, with lots of space and comfort. Saman and his team are very attentive, providing excellent personalized service and cater to any needs.. The food was very very good, with a great variety and the hot rock meal was great fun!

Strongly recommend to stay in this castle, very clean, well decorated, and very nice stuff and low peice. I left my trone after checking out, the manager called immediately when they found out and sent someone over down the hill to give the drone back to me while we were on the way to the train station, very grateful. Strongly recommended to stay.

It's small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. We had king's room and ruins room. The King's was perfect with windows on two walls. I should say, that windows were instead of walls. The view on tea plantations was stunning. Stuff in the hotel was kind and helpful. They were waiting for us, while we had delay due to our drivers car had broken. The stuff invited us with warm wet towels to refresh and wit ginger tea, which was prefect given the circumstances. Breakfast served to was delicious. Highly recommend this place because of the unique atmosphere.

Brand new !! 11 nights in Sri Lanka and this was the best in terms of cleanliness. But first of all an amazing location . Lovely village situated 2100 meters above see level. Great area for hiking.Fresh and chilly at night. Nice breakfast. Friendly management. I found Nuwara Eliya far more charming than Eliya.
