We made a last-minute booking and were lucky to get the Sky Villa – a true gem and hidden treasure! The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a private jacuzzi pool and an unbeatable sense of privacy. The service was exceptional, with staff operating at the highest level of professionalism. Totally worth the price. The feeling of being on top of a giant rock is indescribable – truly unique! The room was brand new, and we learned the hotel only opened three months ago. You definitely won’t regret staying here!

A majestic and stately property hidden away from tourist crowds in Keggale. The rooms are spacious and decorated with beautiful artefacts. Nothing is lacking as a facility inside the room. A pleasant fragrance from the incense burner welcomes you in the luxurious room. A very relaxing atmosphere. Check in and check out was super smooth. Everything about this hotel was amazing, the views are breathtaking taking. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they really care for the guests. Rooms are a great size and clean. There are a lot of bugs but expected as it is in the jungle. The food was absolutely delicious if you want authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The pool is perfect. There is not much to do and it is far away from everything, but absolutely perfect if you just want to relax, which is exactly what I needed.

The hotel is in a stunning location and the staff were very attentive. The food was delicious and everyday a different Sri Lanka meal. The hotel has still a lot of the original furniture and old colonial feeling.

The property location is excellent. When taking river view room you are able to see elephants from your window and also during the breakfast in common area. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to Andrew we manage to see much more and gained interesting knowledge about Sri Lanka and its culture. Andrew was always there to help, guide our small group of 4, provide a service and/or suggest a good place to visit.

Large clean room. Ac, Tv, hot water. Balcony where you could watch the elephants walk by on the way to the river to bathe. That was a great experience to watch the elephants a few feet from the Balcony and also a couple of minutes walk to watch them bathe.
