My husband and I had a fantastic time here at Manuel Manor! The view is stunning! The beds are really comfy. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. We had the best food every here. We chose local food but you can als get continental food if you want. I would definitely recommend going here!

Most amazing service, best hospitality, the manager Saman did everything to make our stay very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous tea plantations and has a scenic view. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The food was extremely delicious. There is a restaurant in the hotel so lunch/dinner is provided on request. Tea/coffee is provided anytime of the day upon request. The hotel is located about 30 minutes away from Nuwara Eliya town, but you can hire tuktuk or use public transport to reach the hotel. It's located on the main road itself. Friendly Hills Hotel is great for a vacation with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

We stayed at Thuruliya Hotel for one night and loved it. The hotel has incredible views, and we enjoyed seeing the waterfalls and tea fields on the way from Nanu Oya station. The staff were very kind, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes.

We were upgraded to a small apartment for the same price. Quiet. A short walk into town and closer to tea plantations. Owner was very friendly and wanting to attract more foreign tourists to Pussallawa.

    Prosper, our host, is a very special person and really made...

    Prosper, our host, is a very special person and really made this home stay very special. The view was spectacular and the tea factory tour was well worth a visit. It is an old plantation which still uses traditional methods. We had a free tour which included tea tasting and picking the leaves. You need to go out to eat so we went to Tea Bush Hotel which was about 2km away. We took Prosper too 😀
