It was such a beautiful place to stay although I booked it accidentally. But worth it! The owner is THE KINDEST ever. She was so hospitable and kind, made us the tastiest breakfast, facilitated us with ANYTHING we needed and more ❤️ The view is to die for and cleanliness is top notch. I am so so glad that I chose Bivon Reach.

The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Marcos and Bernard went out of their way with advice on any subject. Pool area is lovely. Had a meal there on our last night and Bernard set us a table in the garden , wonderful as was the food, would definitely recommend. Only drawback is the distance from colombo city centre although 40 minutes away was only £4 when you could book a taxi with pickme. On the occasions when a taxi wasn't available Bernard got us a tuk tuk in minutes which was a nice experience in itself. Thanks to all the staff at Saprin Beach for making our first stop in Sri Lanka lovely.

We arrived close to midnight after booking the room shortly before. Despite the late hour, the room was prepared within just 20 minutes. It was beautifully presented and spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was readily available. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

    We loved the down to earth hospitality of all the staff. Specially Dinesh, who stands out the crowd as a professional. Kind and jovial he knows how to row the boat gently and professionally. The chef did an excellent job as the restaurant boys. We can not thank them enough for a job well done.

    The rooms were so big and super clean. Wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves of the ocean is incredible. The Staff super welcome and available for any need, the responsable was super kind and organised for us also several tours. I really appreciated that, we also taken a dinner in the hotel one night. Everything so good.

    Elegantly designed premises with a nice, partially covered swimming pool. The hotel is right next to the beach (though not swimmable as there’s a large reef). Good facilities that are well-maintained and clean. Friendly, courteous staff.
