I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. We stayed there as our first stop in Srilanka. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was no kitchen but we knew this before booking. Jason and his mother were excellent hosts, from check in at 4 am till the time we checked out. There is a nice garden at the back and sit out area. Grocery stores and few restaurants are at walking distance. You can easily get a tuk-tuk from the main road which is short walk from the property.

We had the best time here! From the clean, spacious, and super comfortable rooms to the warm and friendly staff, everything was top-notch. We truly felt welcomed. The rooftop restaurant and bar had the most stunning views, overlooking the beautiful city of Colombo. We were lucky to be there during Vesak, a festival celebrated across Sri Lanka with gorgeous lanterns and lights everywhere—it made the view from the rooftop even more magical. Overall, the service was excellent, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!
